Just an hour away from center city Philadelphia, it's situated on seven mile long beautiful lake Nockamixon, and is surrounded by 6000 acres of state park, providing a magnificent lakefront setting with massive indoor or outdoor options for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception areas.
I like how bright the bridal suite space is and that it has a fun and playful area for groom and groomsmen to get ready downstairs. Also, if the couple wants to do a first look and see each other before the ceremony, there are lots of quiet and picturesque options. The iconic photo when the bride walks down the steps is our all time favorite, and multiple angles of this moment just add to the story of the day. The ballroom is elegant and cozy, with enough space for dancing and fun activities. A firepit after party is a nice touch. It's a must for your list of wedding venues to check out!
